Privacy

Privacy is part of the product, not a setting.

Your résumé is encrypted with a key that is yours alone.

Every workspace has its own encryption key. Your résumés, notes and application details are encrypted with it, and deleting your workspace destroys the key first. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and the few services that handle it on our behalf are named in our privacy policy.

This page uses Google Analytics, which sets a cookie and tells us how many people came and which sections they read, unless your browser asks not to be tracked. That is the whole of it, and it stops here: the request form and every page of the workspace itself carry no analytics, no ad pixels, and no session replay. What you do inside your search is not measured by anyone.

No passwords to lose.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Sessions are short-lived and revocable. Every workspace is scoped to its owner on the server, and names never appear in a URL.
